Veterinary clinics can be quite busy on any given day. To allow our team to assess our patients in a timely manner, we schedule all appointments. Emergency cases do take priority at any time. When these occur scheduled appointments may be delayed or rescheduled if needed. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, however emergencies are unpredictable and need to be handled quickly.
We offer ambulatory service for our large animal clients. Appointments can be made for on farm herd examinations or procedures. Emergency services are also available on farm if a veterinarian is available. It can be a difficult to predict how long farm calls will take, but we do our best to keep to our scheduled times. Again, if we are delayed on farm, we do apologize for any inconvenience.
If you cannot make a specific appointment time, we allow patients to be dropped off. This will allow the veterinarian to examine your animal between appointments. Once your animal has received the attention it needs, one of our staff members will contact you to arrange a pick up time.
We do schedule non-emergency surgical procedures Tuesday through Thursday each week. Surgery patients are admitted between 8:00 am and 8:30 am on the morning of their surgery. To schedule a surgery appointment, please call the office at 306-946-3657. You will be given information on what you need to do for your pet prior to surgery and when they will be discharged.
All dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms for the safety of the pets and people around them. All cats should be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
